Background

During my lifetime, I've had an avid interest in technology; especially computers. Thanks to this trait, I have attained fundamental knowledge of computers, Microsoft® Windows® 95/98SE/2000/XP, networking, Extensible HyperText Mark-up Language (X/HTML), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). After successfully completing two web design courses at Portland Community College, located in the state of Oregon, I have the ability to publish simple yet effective web pages and websites by using a combination of hand coding and design software. I use CSE HTML Validator Lite at home and Adobe® Creative Suite® 3 at PCC. For people who are interested in web design, I highly recommend the book titled Web Design in a Nutshell: A Desktop Quick Reference Third Edition by Jennifer Niederst Robbins.
